Opening Doors: A Day of Discovery at the Polo Ground

At IMPACT, we believe that every child deserves a life without limits. We have always been dedicated to paving paths and creating opportunities in spaces often considered "no-go areas." Our mission is simple: to push boundaries so our students can explore, participate, and thrive everywhere.

Our recent trip to the Polo Ground was a vibrant example of this mission in action. It wasn't just a day away from the classroom; it was a day of sensory discovery, physical triumph, and pure, unbridled joy.

Breaking New Ground

The Polo Ground, with its wide-open green spaces and prestigious atmosphere, provided the perfect backdrop for our students to claim their space. From the moment we arrived, the air was thick with excitement. For many, it was a first-time encounter with the grace of horses and the sprawling scale of a professional sports field.

The day was packed with high-energy activities that allowed every child to shine:
🐴 Horse Riding & Pony Rides: The highlight of the day! Students connected with these majestic animals, building confidence and balance with every stride.

💪 Tug-of-War: A true display of teamwork and grit. The laughter was as loud as the cheers as everyone pulled together.

🎶 Musical Chairs: A test of focus and agility that turned into a whirlwind of giggles and friendly competition.

🏏 Cricket: The spirit of the game was alive as students took to the pitch, practicing their swings and celebrating every run.

Why These Experiences Matter

Beyond the games, these trips are about belonging. By navigating new environments, our students develop social confidence and physical coordination. We watched as hesitations turned into smiles and curiosity turned into courage.

Whether it was the tactile sensation of a pony’s mane or the rhythmic sound of a cricket bat, the sensory engagement was unparalleled. We are committed to ensuring that no gate remains closed and no experience is out of reach.

At IMPACT, we don’t just observe the world; we dive into it. We will continue to ensure that every child gets to experience, explore, and enjoy every place our city has to offer.
