Ms. Maliha Latif Asad, its Founder and Director, and her dedicated team has been working day and night to grow IMPACT and provide quality education, counselling and therapy to adults and children with special educational needs.

NESPAK Society branch is a replica of the main centre in Cavalry ground, including the morning and evening programs.

The morning program, Autism Care Centre also has a school readiness setup for children with learning disabilities. IMPACT, the evening program, accommodates clients with a wide range of psychological and developmental issues, including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, and more.

Alongside these services, IMPACT is equipped with the latest psychological assessment tools and is the largest institute that conducts psychological assessments for private and public sectors.

Each classroom at Autism Care Centre is structured according to the needs of its students and the goal of the program is to provide each child with tools that they will need to perform in life. The aim of the school readiness program is to prepare children with learning difficulties for mainstream education. The setting of each classroom in the program is similar to that of mainstream education to make sure that our students do not have trouble adjusting to a new environment when they get promoted to mainstream education.

A structured routine is followed, each student is given individual attention while fulfilling all goals of their Individualized Educational Plan. All aspects of academics are covered based on the student’s individual skills and age milestone requirement; English, Urdu, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Islamiyat, and other subjects are taught, following a weekly timetable which ensures that development of skills and learning is consistent across all subjects. Alongside academics, students also have weekly speech and occupational therapy sessions, based on individual needs.

The evening program at our NESPAK branch will provide quality therapy and services to individuals with a variety of psychological issues, including but not limited to learning disabilities such as Dyslexia, ADHD, ADD, Dysgraphia, etc., neurodevelopmental disorders, speech delay, language impairment, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, family disputes, bullying, shyness and any other issues that children or adults might face in their day to day lives. We also have regular training workshops and seminars for parents and professionals that focus on special education and the implementation of behavioral therapy. We also provide counselling services to children and adults and have a safe and non-judgmental space for people suffering from anxiety or depression, experiencing adjustment issues, family disputes, personality disorders, or day-to-day issues with their personal or professional lives.

The new replica branch of Impact is located at 243, Block C 1 Nespak Housing Scheme, Lahore and has a team of clinical psychologists and other professionals who always put their client first and are trained and experienced in providing their services to children and adults having difficulty with behaviour, emotions, academics, speech, personality or sensory integration.
